Rustic Series and DigitalOur product has evolved considerably since we produced the first tile. Up until a few years ago, we manufactured rustic material in red paste. Now we have incorporated new materials such as porcelain or white paste, trying to maintain the same quality as always and serving the public interested in avant-garde design and different from the rest.
Although some things have changed, there is one thing that has remained with us from the beginning: the obsession with the latest technology for the production and management of our materials. The EAN bar codes or the printers of digital injection are some examples.

Vanguard would not be possible without technology, therefore, for the creation of the new series we have digital inkjet printers; a fascinating technology of Spanish origin that prints each tile as if it were a unique cloth.
Although we have had this new machine for some time, it does not stop surprising us of how well it functions. It is capable of printing on the tiles to a resolution similar to that of any photo printer, and as if that were not enough, it prints at an incredible speed, so fast, that in our factory it has earned itself the nickname “the churrera”.
